About
Hi, I'm Ksenia.
I'm an Org Coach, consultant and facilitator. I came to this work through more than a decade as a Scrum Master in different organizations, where I saw from the inside how structure, dependencies and leadership decisions shape what teams can deliver.
From leading teams on different tech products to mentoring young women in STEM, I've learned that great leadership is more than knowing the playbook. It's about showing up, building trust, and creating a space where teams can do their best work.
I bring both proven frameworks and a deep understanding of human dynamics to every team I work with. My commitment is to really see people and help them step into their own potential. Leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating the environment where others can discover theirs.
At my core, I believe in leading with empathy, working with grit, and helping others unlock their potential.
